It is based on a conceptual change of mathematics knowledge. A mathematics concept has two types: external and internal. External type is learned through activities like games, where learners are encouraged to solve problems (Möller et al., 2009). Internal type is represented in language or symbols that are used to describe it using concepts or theories, which are essential for problem-solving. Math learning is an activity that requires personal motivation in order to have effective study results. Some learners are more capable than others to achieve it.
