Thereare many ways to meet dif ferent learning styles of employees to ensure successful learningcomprehension. Dif ferent techniques and methods available are used to convey importantinformation during training that will properly inform and facilitate comprehension. Throughoutgenerations, education and technology have increasingly advanced developing new andimproved methods of learning. Whether a person is a visual, auditory , or kinesthetic learner,there are many ways through presentations, charts, graphs, and even games to work withdif ferent learning styles. Based on an online learning style quiz, results indicated my learningstyle consists of 50 percent visual, 40 percent auditory , and 10 percent tactile. Throughoutdif ferent school levels, certain subjects have posed some challenges, but visual comprehensionhas always been my strongest learning form.The quiz was predominantly accurate, indicating that sitting near the front of a classroom,using flash cards, and writing down key words were typical learning habits. Color coding, askingquestions, and avoiding distractions during study time have always facilitated learning newtopics and subjects. Drawing out concepts, visualizing lectures, and watching videos are alsotechniques that have supported visual learning.
