Learning about employees strengthsand weaknesses can assist with improving daily performance, goal setting, and accomplishment.Communicating to employees what tools they have been using and tasks well completed willmotivate them to continue their devoted ef forts. Maintaining and improving employee skills canprovide overall or ganizational improvement and increase revenue.As a part of being in the military , performance feedback is done quarterly to assessaccomplishments, completed tasks, and training.
