Short Answer: Seeing Your Artifact in a New LightThe U.S Constitution is one of the most popular artifacts, gives me the enthusiasm to view it from a different perspective. After getting an opportunity to listen to the questions and answers in the justices concerning the current constitution of United States, I have come to understand that the artifact has a historical significance and is essential in people’s lives today. The artifact aims at protecting the minority rights against the majority will and the majority rights against the notion of the court. This simply means that without the U.S Constitution, the majority will be enforced on the minority. That is the reason why the founders of the artifact rejected democracy in favor of their new invention.
