Unions, workers feel, will better their existing position. Low earnings, dangerous working conditions, and unrealistic work hours can all contribute to dissatisfaction. Employees may be anxious about their employment security. Additionally, labor unions protect children's rights by opposing unfair labor practices. There are some top reasons to unionize and organize our workplace: increased wages; superior advantages; capacity to enforce employment terms and conditions; seniority access; justice and equality (Sarokin, 2020) . Mandatory Bargaining Subjects and Employments Terms and ConditionsCertain terms and conditions of employment to be negotiated between management and unions are called mandatory bargaining subjects. An employer may not change a subject of mandatory bargaining without giving the union advance notice and an opportunity to negotiate the proposed change. Neither employer nor union can refuse to negotiate on required negotiating themes. Examples of themes that are essential for negotiation include salaries, benefits such as health care and retirement, grievance and arbitration procedures, contract length, seniority, union security clauses,
