Leadership Development Plan Name Course Date Instructor Leadership Philosophy Based on the many different type of leadership issues and different type of people that leaders work with, I believe an effective leadership style should be well balanced so that it best suites the different needs of the team. This is because each team member has specific strengths and weakness hence the leader must understand this and therefore employ a style that is in line with these needs. As a leader, my vision is that I want to be Confident enough to accomplish goals, Intelligent enough to gain insight, Humble enough to reach for help, Charismatic enough to motivate, and Emphatic enough to alleviate. I have rich language skills, perceptual skills, and a high reasoning capacity that shows my intelligence. As an intelligent leader, I am open to new knowledge about my job and environment and I also use information to make me a better leader.
