This report will center around the recommendations which are a significant component of the change management kit I created because it will outline individual and organizational activities that require change implementation. Through the change management plan, we will identify stakeholders of significance, outline strategic goals, and recommend steps and strategies to implement the organizational changes required. The breakdown of the report will cover pre-implementation and implementation phases of the change management plan. We will discuss key stakeholders and their roles, strategic goals, improvement to organizational systems, enhancement strategies for team collaboration, determining a change management model, and finally steps needed to implement the model.Key StakeholdersKey Stakeholders are important when implementing a change process, after doing a stakeholder analysis of the organization the Vice President and Sales Manager are two identified key stakeholders. The determination was used by looking at the leader’s self-evaluation and analyzing their current skills. The Vice President is highly skilled in leadership and strategic thinking. The VP
