This assignment brings into picture the organizational behaviour and the leadership characteristics.The movie which I have selected for this particular assignment is ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding’. This film rotates on certain beliefs of parents of Toula’s. Toula’s family was an American immigrant family, the parents of Toula wanted her to marry a person from their own religion or ethnic background. Whereas Toula fells in love with Ian who did not belong to the same ethnic background.
