When taking a look at our industry analysis, it is clear that there are a lot of hospitals already doing plastic surgery and that can be a huge competitor to this organization. But then there is also a plus for our organization, because they/we offer specialized surgeons who specialize in reconstruction of the face and de-formations. When looking at the customer analysis, we can see that the economy and lack of jobs and decrease in money earned has slowed down the number of consumers getting elective surgery. A way that this can be addressed is by making discounts and offering payment plans at a discounted price; also think that we should offer product
