Leadership Role The management role is the role that does all of the hiring and firing of staff members. The management role plans all of the in-person meetings for staff members as well. This role also evaluates the teachers once or twice a year based on their performance in the classroom. The management role maintains all of the personnel files and records of the teachers and leaders. Not only is this person maintaining personnel files, they are also implementing all of the policies and procedures that the leadership team has put into place including all of the licensing regulations as well. The management role has to make sure that a calendar of the program year is created and followed as well as the daily schedule of all of the classrooms. The teachers are ordering materials and supplies and turning their paperwork into the person who is in the management role. The leadership role
