I have taken a similar test, but a few years back, to assess my working personality. I tested high or moderately high on all categories of the test. I have always tested high for Extraversion and Agreeableness and have been described as passionate about my current job in the past. It has both helped and hurt my career, showing mypassion and determination. Equality, my Neuroticism, and Conscientiousness have presented me as a go-getter but also hindered my growth within my current position. In the past, I have reacted poorly to new changes in Management and vocally expressed my frustration. As you can assume, that was not met with open arms.
