After a recent dip in the companys productivity, we will be reviewing everyday operations to see if there are any improvements to be made or addressed. Throughout our review, we found that employees are feeling micromanaged by their direct supervisors. They employees provided feedback regarding their weekly tasks sent out by management. They also provided feedback on the emails that would have to be sent if they deviate from the task list. Furthermore, employees do not believe they are being utilized for their direct skills. This is causing certain resentment and stress within the team as they try to meet their managers expectations.The manager or supervisors duty at SNHU Pet Supply Company is to make sure that the tasks are being completed. They have chosen to delegate tasks to their direct subordinates to complete every day. The
