There were five managers and directors all reporting directly to the CEO. HR had 2 direct managers and only three reporting employees. Transversally, The Director of Product and the Director of Service had two managers with an unequal and unclearly broken up group of employees. When reviewing the reporting structure for both Product and Service, there were data Analysts, Designers, QA Specialists, and Project Managers reporting to all four managers. I have restructured the Shared Resources Group of HR, Information Technology, and Marketing all under the Shared Resources director. They report directly to the CEO and work directly with the Directors of Service and Product to address anything the three branches under them need. The managers of the Shared Resources Group also work in tandem to complete projects with their teams, providing more decentralization for
