This process puts together the custom requirements of the client and allows the General Contractor to inform the client of changes to their custom needs and the reasons why. The second project explains the allotted time for the project to take place as well as the scope of the project. Trade partners performing specific scopes are assigned as well as inspectors. The project team and client determine how often payments will occur and what the milestones will be to track the progress of the project. Activities associated with the completion of the project and their durations are then mapped out so that the project team can see what will need to be accomplishedfor each activity to be completed. The activities are then organized into sequence so that the project can move forward as fast as possible without trade partners holding up one another. Unit
