However, the two quarters of the plates which should be containing proteins and whole grains carbs were not adhered to because from my list I ate ugali which is mainly prepared from a highly processed maize flour. Finally you can see from my list I did not include any source of protein which should fill the quarter of eat well plate which is also wrong.I think eat well plate cannot be applicable to my every meal because I usually eat already prepared meal which those preparing may not be having the eat well plate knowledge.
