The teachers use normal voice levels. I have not observed use of semi-shouting voice in any of the videos. Instead, the teachers use normal pleasant volume. The teachers differentiate their tone according to the instruction being given. For example when asking a question about a character in a short story the teacher uses an inviting conversational tone and a declarative matter of fact tone when giving instructions to be obeyed by students.
