This report will explain the importance of implementing Internet and e-mail laws by companies. The reader will understand how employees could make assumptions about privacy laws of Internet and e-mail used at work. This employee privacy report will educate the reader on the privacy laws of KJ Processing.KJ Processing uses the Internet to operate on a day-to-day basis. Employees employed by KJ Processing use e-mail for 90% of their communication with the contractors. KJ Processing operates off a private network. XYZ networking company manages all e-mails and Internet used by the employees of KJ Processing. All e-mails sent by employees of KJ Processing go through a filter system and are reviewed by a third party entity. The third party entity also reviews all incoming messages.
