Short Paper: Interventions Southern New Hampshire University Sunday 01:50:28 GMT -05:00Many intervention methods are used to help children in education and at home. These interventions can be implemented at the start, beginning, and during an issue. These methods are referred to as primary intervention, secondary intervention, and tertiary intervention. These methods are used to help students and children at whatever stage they are in need of assistance.Primary intervention is the first step in preventative methods. Interventions are used at the time a child or adolescent first shows signs of risky behavior, education, or mental difficulties (Colizzi et al., 2020). For example, in elementary grades, primary intervention is typically conceptualized as instruction in the general education classroom. Children who fail to respond to the three universal core programs must enter secondary prevention in most research-based versions of R.T.I. (Fuchs et al., 2006). R.T.I. is a response to intervention programs or classes. It identifies students who are struggling in regular education courses and offers them support in the form of tutoring or assistance needed to thrive in school. Most importantly, primary preventionor interventions are implemented to help students or individuals meet specific goals and accept self-responsibility.Secondary interventions first start when risky
