This reshaped the way human services were working today, though it was a result of continuous development in digital tools and growing demands for remote services (Chen et al., 2021). It manifests as medical consultation, counseling, and support groups realized online are how technology can be put into action to comply with individual, family, or collective needs.This trend will have great implications for the nonprofit administrator of the future. The imposition on having to embrace technology for improving service delivery and reaching a larger audience has been needed. Some pragmatic strategies in this direction entail designing digital platforms for case management, creating user-friendly websites for access to resources, and utilizing social media for community outreach (Chen et al., 2021).
