Video scriptIn my new role as senior executive I will blend personal humility with intense professionalism that requires getting the right people on the team and the wrong people off. I will come with ferocious resolve to turn around the company by helping the team act in the right way to get things done. After determining the right direction I will build an inspiring vision in the minds of my team and lead them to accomplishing this vision. I will act as leader responsible for mapping where the organisation needs to go and efficiently use my management skills to guide the team.My leadership style will be an asset to the company and to the role entrusted to me as I will understand employees whom I will entrust with the shared vision and strategic objectives. I will execute my role by being a good listener, decisive and objective in action planning. As a leader I will develop and exemplify the value of being positively engaged and open in communications. I will hold regular meetings with my team in which I will clarify strategic objectives and allow teams to take ownership of their execution. I will adopt a democratic leadership style which
