Just to make sure that we are on the same page, you are worried about sharing your personal information with HR and just want the reassurance that it will be protected once given to us, correct? Well Ms. Walker, I can assure you that here at our company we take protecting our employees’ PII very seriously. To makesure that HR safeguards all PII correctly, we follow the U.S. Department of Labor’s guidance on doing so. This means that we have security plans and HR systems put in place to prevent from everyone having access to it.I have attached a link below that goes a little more into depth about the Department of Labor’s guidance when it comes to employees’ personal identifiable information.
