I have already throughout my career very focused on treatment, recovery, and rehabilitation, which goes for more than juveniles. The role of this specific Re-entry subdivision is to provide quality programs toinmates, supplying them with the skills and knowledge necessary to become productive, crime- free members of society. This Re-entry Subdivision has its own mission which is to provide the most effective rehabilitative care for inmates of any race, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, creed, national origin, and to engage in research, development, and teaching programs to reduce both recidivism and dependency.While this program has all the best intentions and aims to be the best it is still flawed. Not everything is going to be perfect all the time, but as time goes on public policies and courses of action need to change with the changing times. With this being said there is more that can be done to make this program more successful. With better policies, analysis, and a
