Presentation PlanningMy plan for a good presentation is to explain in detail the vulnerabilities found in the report after the scanning and have great wording details that is not too much technical wording that audience will not understand and not lose there contact on the presentation interest. I would use simple words, graphics, and images so that audience can understand what the wording in each slide is explaining the vulnerability found and what can be done to fix it and approach it. My strategy is to get the audience to see how important and how critical keeping information and hardware updated can help keep business safe by using images on when it happens and how it feels after it is fix with funny comics that are used today in the technology filed to amuse the audience and make them laugh but say wow that’s funny but very true. In many ways having a video added to the presentation that follows what you are also explaining can give you a better audience focus and not deviate from what you are presenting.
