If the business has expended in more than one country, there are many challenges which come on the way of expanding the business in the foreign market. Generally, the HR policies are different in every country. It is not necessary that all corporate policies are implementing in all countries. Only some common practices are applied otherwise most of the HR policies are made as according to the culture of another country. There are many various challenges that may face by the company like compensation differences, legal and statuary laws, safety issues, labour differences, cultural differences, and language differences. These are common challenges which a firm has to face for enter into the foreign market. But if a firm which is thinking for expanding its business internationally, already got its association with any international union, it will impact positively on the firm because first of all the firm will get the support, help and knowledge from the union which is based on international standard. Secondly, international union will help in minimising the challenges related to the specific country and will help in surviving in international market.
