Such actions ensure that they have a more credible financial status and a better reputation in the public eye. Company stocks are normally sold and bought in the stock market. The volatility in the economy can be attributed to the recent financial instability which affected stock markets greatly. Even the companies that realized huge profit margins at the end of their financial years have been experiencing the ripple effect of this volatility in the economy. Some companies rely on some of the other companies that were greatly affected by the financial instability. This means that in the end no one is left untouched by the financial crisis being experienced. According to Bazerman & Moore (2009), different factors affect the rate of trading on the stock market. Every company is now watching the economic conditions more so those that are listed on the stock market. The main objective of such action is to ensure positive trading in the stock market and reduce the amount of losses suffered.
