Leadership and Governance for Advanced Clinical PracticeIntroductionThe purpose of this assignment is to discuss a service development initiative undertaken by a trainee advanced clinical practitioner (ACP). The ACP is part of the hospital at night (H@N) team, although the role is carried independently over twelve hours throughout the night shift being responsible for patients under the medical team.
