Sexual harassment is one of the most prevalent forms of harassment and can take many different forms. These include making sexual advances, requesting sexual favors, and using physical or verbal harassment to create an intimidating or hostile environment. The United States Equal Employment Commission(n.d.) explains that while the law might not prohibit isolated incidents or occasional comments, frequent or severe harassment that affects a person's employment is considered illegal. B oth males and females can be involved in sexual harassment as either the victim or the perpetrator, and harassment can occur between individuals of the same gender. Sexual harassment can be divided into two categories: electronic and face-to-face harassment. Within these categories are five types of sexual behavior: seductive behavior, gender harassment, sexual imposition, sexual favoritism or
