The behaviors or actions, whether visible or not, that allow a company to advance or regress during its operation are considered organizational culture indications and can be found through employee observation or interviewing (Carpenter et al., 2010). The four signs of organizational culture are; mission statement, stories and language, physical layout, rules and policies. I used to work in a firm sometimes back which embraced the culture of safety and focused on the outcome of its work. For this learning journal, I will review the four signs of organization language that I experienced in the firm.Mission StatementThe firm's mission statement stated that it aimed "The development and restoration of a sustainable and progressive society is dependent on the transition of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding from predecessor to successor generations." The company's concern for the safety of its employees and consumers was evident from this remark. The business's mission statement reflected its commitment to maintaining a secure working
