Women in all categories complain of disparities in compensation, training facilities, and medical services that they claim are inferior to their male counterparts. The sports world offers huge year contracts, endorsement deals, and constant media attention to males and not women. Ensuring equal compensation for both genders in sports has given rise to many debates. Though some sports reward men and women equal prizes, many female athletes do not get as much compensation as males.
