This paper outlines a time when I collected data, the purpose of data collection, and the objective of the organization in data collection. Collection of data I worked with the United Nations on a project that required me to research to determine people's views of cancer diseases. I studied my use of questionnaires to get a deep understanding of how people view cancer disease. The questionnaire entailed several specific questions, including if one has been a victim or if a close person theirs was a victim. With the questionnaire, I manage to reach a wide range of the population and collected data for analysis. Purpose of data collection The goal was to gain knowledge of people’s perception of the disease, how they handle, and how they would handle or react if faced with the disease. The organization wanted clarity on how much knowledge people had about the condition, their action towards prevention, and if their expectations of the same. The objective of the
