Keeping interns now and training them to understand the culture of our firm will save the business money in the future. Picture this sir, when hiring new employees, the firm will be, forced to train the new employees to act in line with the firm expectations and organizational culture. Nevertheless, with our interns in place, they save that cost if the firm considers hiring them as they have
