The organization has several opportunities for expansion and growth and also faces threats to maintain its sustainable competitive advantage. Southwestern Airlines SWOT analysisStrengths- These are the Southwest Airlines internal factor that contributes significantly to carrier's sustainable competitive advantage and high-quality operational services. Southwest Airline major strengths include; the Single Aircraft Type. The organization has solely used the Boeing 737s for all its airline activities and operations (Chishty-Mujahid, 2017). The Boeing 737s is a low-cost strategy for the company because it allows unsophisticated maintenance, scheduling, and employee training.
