Hello GoldmayOnuma,I agree with Onuma, that opportunities of the RNs and ARNs in policy-making include participating in the state boards of nursing and participating in advocacy campaigns. One thing that stood out to me was that if nurses are allowed to participate in platforms such as the National Council of skateboard of nursing, they can help change policies that directly affect the whole healthcare system. I believe that the outcome is a win-win solution, the conflict, and the challenges will be resolved. As you have stated, challenges can negatively affect the working environment; addressing these challenges, nurses need to get involved in healthcare policies. We expect that after their involvement, the outcome will be amicable. I believe their involvement in such platforms will allow ideas to flow and hopefully, the outcome will be the best scenario. I appreciate your deep thoughts about the challenges that RNs and APRNs face.RegardsReferencesHinkle, J. L., Sullivan, C., Villanueva, N., & Hickey, J. V.
