NUR 6002 WK 2 Discussion: Strategies for Addressing QuestionsAs I pursue, my MSN program I expect my daily roles will shift greatly from the routine roles I am used to as an RN to a hectic and unpredictable schedule. The greatest question that comes to mind is how to balance the daily workload and personal obligations with the education related activities of my MSN program (Kauffman, 2015). In my academic network, I expect professionals such as Dr Faisal Aboul-Enein of Walden University and Dr Janeanne Walker could provide support, guidance and mentorship on how to balance the life of an RN with the demands of MSN studies. The network members have been there and most probably have experience of what I am likely to go through. The other potential source of support is my employer and co-workers because their feedback will contribute to a better balance of work and studies (ANA Enterprise).The second question relates to the method of study, I expect the MSN program will focus less on the science of undergraduate study and broaden into everyday applications of nursing concepts and theories.
