It occurs when two people may have different views on rights and expectations that are culturally biased for instance a work or romantic relationship conflict. In Venice, for example, the relationship between the locals and tourist is mucked by expectations. Locals expect the tourists to be respectful of their city and its heritage respect hence the #EnjoyRespectVenezia.
