The company provides a platform for customers to lease regular, subcompact and luxury vehicles as well as rickshaw in Pakistan and hatchback in India through an online application from the owners of the vehicles. The company also provides billing service to the vehicle owner, whereby the cost of service is based on the projected time and distance of the journey and the payment is made through Cash, Apple pay, Google Wallet and other flexible modes of payment. Uber drivers sign an independent contractor agreement with the company where the company acts as an intermediary between the customer and the drivers. The drivers must be above the minimum driving age and must pass the safety inspection. The company also keeps the record of the age of the car, type, and condition among other information.
