Week 3 –Discussion Board 3.1 (CASE FORMULATION: PAULINE)CASE HISTORYPauline is a 33 year old woman, who works as a teacher. Pauline is a single mother and has one child aged 4. In the past few weeks she has exhibited series of changed behaviour which is related to delusional disorder.Her change of behaviour was first manifested 4 months ago when she began reporting to work late and leaving early. She suddenly began to be over protective of her child even from some of her closest friends. She began to show lack of trust to nearly everyone close to her. Major symptoms that she exhibited included the following: High irritability,Low moods,Poor sleep,Hallucination,Anxiety and worry.Her DSM-5 analysis indicated that she has a mental disorder. She in several occasion reported incidence of fear of travelling and fear of staying away from her son. She has never been put on any medication and has never had any incidence that may suggest any historical sudden change of behaviour.
