It is clear from the conversations that breach to care was breached and resulted in a capital human error that could be -avoided if due process was observed throughout the medication. It is the duty of the hospital to advise its employees to observe professionalism and handle every medical case with due diligence by ensuring that they follow all procedures before medication is administered. The verification of injury is -established in the death of the infant.The question of causation is established. The hospital had a connection with the infant such that it was administered antibiotic’s IV from the hospital Pharmacy. There was a relationship between the mother of the infant and the hospital, whereby the mother believed that
