My score falls between the low mark (33%) and the high mark (66%) a score within this range indicates that some aspects of leadership need to be improved (Anderson, Adams, & Adams, 2015).My overall score in the Relating group is 78% this score is high. In this group my score in Caring Connection is 80%, this is a high score; the highest score of over 90% is in the areas titled Fosters Team-Play. Collaboration score is also high at over 60%. The lowest score in the relating group is in Mentoring Development at slightly higher than 10%. My score in the Self-Awareness group is very good at 99% my score in all the items in the Self-Awareness group are above 90% except for Composure 78%.My weakest scores are in the groups titled Controlling (31%), Protecting (24%) and Complying (6%). The Task Relationship balance score is 74% and my Creative-Reactive balance
