Policy AdministrationName:PAD-520Lecturer’s name:DatePolicy OutcomesPolicy Analysis refers to the process of determining the best project to implement out of a pool of projects. Decision makers rely on research, arguments and debated to determine which project to settle on. However, often, an analysis does not guarantee that the best alternative would be implemented. The process of analysis begins with defining the problem, and then analyzing the list of possible solutions (Dunn, 2012). An analysis will indicate whether a new policy is necessary to solve the current problem, whether the current policy needs modification, compare various methods and assess the implications of the policy in the near or far future.1. Construct constitutive and operational definitions for any three (3) of the actions and outcome variables listed in the shaded box under Review Question 1 at the end of Chapter 6. It reflects the financial and other resources that have been used to fund the whole program, from the inception of the idea to the testing stage of the project.
