Today, most organizations adopt advanced technology to improve the communication within the organization. The paper will rely on the interview of an employee with past experience in a company to understand the ways of improving on the employees capabilities and performance. It is highly essential to understand the nature of motivating the employees as well as handling stress levels well. Therefore, it is critical to understand the ways of improving the performance of the employees within the organization through improving on the five key areas. What is being done on the Five Areas Team The company is operating in a team structure whereby each division of the company has a team developed to assist in improving the performance of the company. The current team structure includes a team leader who is responsible for organizing the tasks and ensuring that the team works well. The current team structure is very effective as it ensures all the team members participate in the overall productivity of the
