History of Present Illness (HPI): Marvin Webster is an 18-year-old male presenting with fatigue and persistent cough for 7 days. The cough is non-productive, intermittent, worse at night, and associated with mild sore throat. :e reports generalized fatigue, low-grade body aches, and mild headache.
