It is the culture which motivates the employees and helps in sustaining the customers. Cultures can range from being traditional and hierarchical to casual and collaborative. Building and sustaining a solid positive organizational culture is one way of showing that your people are your most valuable asset. Companies with a strong organizational culture gain a competitive edge, reaping the benefits of loyal employees and increased profitability.These cultures are visible via different artifacts which may be espoused or enacted in several cases. Introduction Symbols of culture are referred as artifacts. It comprise of all the phenomena that we would see, hear, and feel when we encounter a new organization with an unfamiliar culture. Artifacts of the organization or group include the visible and accessible level of the group, such as its rituals, symbols, behaviors, architecture of its physical environment, language, its technology and products, artistic creations and style, as embodied in clothing, manners of address, and emotional displays its myths and stories told about the organization.
