One key thing I took away from each participant was that their “why†was because they truly enjoy helping others. Their reasons may have varied slightly based on lived experiences, but their actions are truly heartfelt and genuine and not done for personal gain. There were two participants that stood out slightly more to me than the others. The first was Josh Garrin. I was drawn to his statement that each of us has a gift that needs to be shared. I feel that this is a very accurate statement that many people do not realize or choose not to live by. I agree with him that every individual has a unique quality, skill or experience that should be shared, and that by sharing them we can help others to advance to a better place.After listening to Josh Garrin, I thought WOW- that can’t be topped.
