This is a personal social change because my husband and brother are veterans along with both my brother in laws still serving. I am passionate about advocating for our troops especially when they transition into civilian life. This when they struggle the most because their sense of community and skill sets are not necessarily needed in the civilian world.With anything we advocate for we require effort and skills sets of many different kinds, some important skills are grit, resilience, and coping skills. These skills are essential because we require them for example resilience. Resilience allows us to continue to advocate for our cause despite the challenges we face. “Resilience is the ability to cope with and recover from setbacks.
