My personal values, which include friendliness, dedication, devotedness, and consideration for the impact of my actions on others, make me a more effective leader. I make sure that all the members of my team feel empowered, included, supported, and valued by putting the group values first. This entails encouraging open communication, settling disputes between team members, and motivating everyone to provide ideas. To be a successful leader, I also need to have high emotional intelligence, which enables me to recognize and control my feelings.Effective leadership requires emotional intelligence because it enables leaders to become more self-aware, accept accountability, communicate clearly, and cultivate relationships based on trust. Emotional intelligence empowers leaders to manage their emotions constructively, which in turn improves their ability to deal with obstacles (Sudbrink, 2022).Leadership Style:The Department of Labor and Statistics in California has addressed two letters to Gardolam Enterprises, alleging discriminatory hiring practices and
