These factors include personal values and beliefs, which act as guiding principles and shape individuals' moral compass. Additionally, empathy and compassion towards others play a crucial role, as the ability to understand and relate to the experiences and struggles of others can motivate individuals to act.Overall, when I make ethical decisions to support a specific cause I would say that my compassion towards others and ability to relate to experiences is what plays the biggest role. I find this to be true due to my personal involvement in the current field I work in now. Mypersonal experience with addiction has guided me to supporting the cause of helping others battle addiction through working in therapeutic services.Moral principles and ethical frameworks also influence my decision-making, providing me with guidelines for evaluating the moral implications of their choices. Moreover, personal experiences and identity shape ethical decision-making, as encounters with injustice
