From unfair punishment, incarceration, arrest, and to the degree of recidivism, racial biases exist. According to Times report, they stated that African Americans were 2 times more likely to be shot than White people during a traffic stop. Police are more likely to use deadly force on black male subjects in fear of their own life. Cases are more likely to be given plea deals than tried in court by a jury trial. Minority communities are the victims of this, in fear of losing their jobs, homes and family they plead to get the case closed faster. I want to know because of all this racial bias what are the outcomes of recidivism in the minority community? How will we ever eliminate racism and bias if we continue to do the things that very well puts them there?The mixed methodologies that are used for research in the criminal justice field is Social Justice Design. In this type of research, all the info is looked at from a social justice point of view. There is
