Having said that, I have had other people look over my work and point out places where I need to change my wording. Oddly enough, though, things still need to be changed. There has been a shift in the direction of how I work to convey the necessity for an item. I'm taking the time to learn an effective direction for the creation and implementation of a program that could improve the care of people who are considered high- risk. As we are always learning, I'm using my scholastic development to create a proposal thatbenefits the community and generates revenue to keep the organization moving forward. Another thing that I have taken to heart is the difficult part of admitting when you are or require a deeper understanding of how a project evolves and changes.
