This is where I had the least amount of trouble. If I had the chance to revise anything it would be the KPI section. I would investigate them more and get a better understanding before doing anything. I would use resources from the web and the ones in our Resource section in our modules. I think if I had looked at the resources provided more, I would have understood some things better. Personal strengths I used when doing this are the stuff I learned in some other classes. I used my knowledge of social media and some things I learned from my MKT-205 class and this class. I have learned a lot about social media and how to use it to my advantage. Some skills I had to acquire were SMART goal knowledge. I am happy that I understand this now because it willhelp me in the future.
